About Thrive By 5 MoCo
Montgomery County, Maryland, offers a wide range of programs and services to support children from birth through age 5 – some of the most critical years for development. Because these resources are provided by many different organizations, it can be difficult to know what is available, which programs are right for your family, and where to begin.
The Thrive By 5 MoCo website helps families navigate these resources by compiling and clarifying them in one place.
About the Children’s Opportunity Alliance
As Montgomery County’s Early Care and Education (ECE) Coordinating Entity, the Children’s Opportunity Alliance works to create a more equitable, accessible, high-quality, and sustainable early childhood system. The Alliance coordinates local partners to expand access to ECE, help families navigate available resources, advance the ECE workforce, and encourage sustainable funding – all with the aim of ensuring every young child in Montgomery County has a strong start in life.
